Role Summary
The Senior Product Owner (Sr. PO) will be responsible for the product vision and delivery of valuable business solutions on the Seismic platform. The role supports sales enablement and content automation initiatives across Americas, EMEA, and APAC. The Seismic Sr. PO is a member of the marketing strategy, planning, and operations (MSPO) team in global marketing.
The Sr. PO will partner with multiple stakeholder groups across product, marketing, sales, investments, technology, and others to solve complex business needs using the Seismic platform. The role demands a unique combination of sales & marketing experience, vendor management, and Agile/Scrum know-how to effectively translate business requirements into innovative product solutions.
Sr. POs on the MSPO team:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define a product vision that aligns with strategic objectives
  • Define a multi-year roadmap to achieve the product vision
  • Serve as the voice of the customer when working with technology and the product vendor
  • Owns, prioritizes, and refines the product backlog to maximize business value
  • Ensures product compliance with business and regulatory rules
  • Partners with architecture, developers, and the product vendor to design and build product solutions
  • Manages the coordination and implementation of new capabilities in partnership with the relevant teams
  • Monitors, analyzes, and interprets product metrics to assess performance against key performance indicators, and recommends best practices to business stakeholders for improvement
  • Works across support teams to resolve product issues
The role encompasses both strategic and tactical responsibilities, ranging from presenting the product to senior leaders and new joiners to gathering requirements and writing use cases for new product features.
To accommodate business stakeholders across the globe, the Sr. PO will need to periodically adjust their schedule to meet with stakeholders in different time zones.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
  • 8+ years of total relevant work experience
  • Seismic Product Expertise
Preferred:
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.
Regional Requirement
Disclosure - Base salary range for the location(s) of:
Colorado Springs, CO = 114,000.00 - 195,000.00 USD Annual
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance. Salary range disclosure as required by sb19-085 when hiring in Colorado
